JumpOut collects Personal Data only when creating a customer account, or in case of ordering a product, and only if visitors/customers so wish.
The personal data you declare and your preferences are not sold or rented to third parties. The purpose of collecting information is exclusively for advertising, or is part of the smooth processing of an order.
Your personal data remains on our database for 5 years after the end of our customer relationship. From then on, they are permanently deleted from our records. These details are held on the one hand to cover customers in the event of product failure under warranty, as well as any legal issues that may arise between us.
Right to Deletion:
At any time, each user reserves the right to information or to object to the further processing of their data, or the right to request their partial or complete deletion in accordance with the legislation on the protection of personal data. Automated Emails
Automated Order Progress emails: JumpOut sends automated informative emails to palaces that have placed an order. In these messages you are informed about the progress of your order. They are part of the smooth ordering process and there is no way to disable them. If you do not wish to provide your email, you can place your order by phone.
Promotional Automated Emails: JumpOut sends automated promotional emails to visitors of the JumpOut.gr website, who have registered their email in any way. These emails are perfectly linked to visitor activities on our website (such as adding products to their cart)

Delivery Times
The delivery times for each of the shipping methods are:
Courier: (1-2 working days)
Transport agencies (1-2 working days and collection from the agency headquarters)

Shipping charges
We ship all over Greece via ELTA Couriers or a transport agency for items of great weight (or volume).
Free shipping throughout Greece for orders up to 3 kg* and a value greater than €60.00
Orders worth less than €60.00 and weighing up to 3 kg are charged with €2.00 shipping costs
If the weight of the order exceeds 3 kg, then the additional charge is €1.50 per kg
Shipping is automatically calculated during the checkout process.
Note. The exchange is charged additionally with a surcharge of €2.00, since it is a separate service
Shipping with transport agencies is suitable for items of great weight (or volume). The cost in this case is of the order of (5 – 20) € (indicative charge and not binding). In cases where the parcel has large dimensions, the amount may be higher (it depends on the agency and the place of destination).
The customer has the right to choose the transport agency he wants to undertake the shipment. Otherwise the agency is selected by JumpOut. Collection is done from the agency's headquarters.
In this case (shipping with transport agencies) cash on delivery is not accepted. You are invited to pay the amount of the order by credit card, or by bank transfer to cooperating banks

E.g.
Suppose you have ordered a substrate.
The actual weight of the substrate is: 0.4 kg
Because the product has a large volume, shipping pricing will be based on this, i.e. we have:
(75x20x20 cm) / 5000 cm/kg= 6 kg
So the charge for this case will be:
((6-3)*kg)*1,5 +2,50€=6,00€
And in case there is also a cash on delivery:
6,00 + 2,00 = 8,00€

Return - Exchange Policy
Product Exchanges
Product changes are accepted within thirty (30) calendar days – time is counted from the day the order is shipped.
In this case, and as long as there is no question of JumpOut's fault, the additional transport costs are borne by the customer.
When returning the product/s, keep the following in mind:
The product must be unused and in its original packaging
The security sticker of the package (if present) has not been removed
Any insignia - stickers, tags, or labels etc - have not been removed
The period of thirty (30) calendar days from the day the product was shipped must not have passed
To be accompanied by the necessary documents (receipt, return slip if necessary, etc.)
Request:
Do not stick vouchers or adhesive tapes directly on the product packaging. These stickers cannot be removed and the result is that the packaging of the product is damaged.
Caution:
No changes or returns are accepted on the following products – and as long as there is no fault of the store:
Ropes - special orders
The ropes are cut to the dimensions desired by the customer during the execution of each order. For this reason, they cannot be returned in the event of a miscalculation and cannot be resold, since their length is binding for their order. By cutting the rope, we change its original state, whenever the customer loses the right to change or withdraw. This also applies to any special order you place from customers.
Return Policy – Refund
You have the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days – the time counts from the day of receipt of your order – . In this case, the product must be in its original condition – its packaging has not been tampered with – and it has not been used. The customer bears the shipping costs and JumpOut must – in accordance with the law – refund the amount paid within thirty (30) calendar days – usually the refund is immediate –.
Note 1:. The refund amount does not include any shipping and cash-on-delivery costs of the order
Note 2: If you have received a product with free shipping, these will be charged as shipping costs, and will not be refunded to you
The above treatment does not apply to sales made through the store. In this case, of course, we are not talking about a distance sale, so the issue does not lie in the above.

Procedure for changes - Returns
Inform in time by calling 801 5005 108 (from landline), or 211 411 0869 (from mobile), or by sending an e-mail to sales@jumpοut.gr. You will be prompted for your order code and billing information.
The continuation of the process can be done alternatively:
2α. by visiting our headquarters, where once the condition of the product is checked, you will be informed of the further details. Please provide the necessary documents.
2β. by sending the product by courier. Pack the product you received carefully, and send it back to us together with the necessary documents (receipt, return slip, etc.). Return costs are borne by the customer.
Attention: If the conditions for returns/exchanges are not met, the product will be sent back to the sender at his own expense.
Defective products are understood to be those which, upon delivery, were found to be damaged*, but which are not due to the customer or the transport.
In this case you must inform us immediately, by e-mail at sales@JumpOut.gr, or by phone at 801 50 05 108 (from landline), or at 211 411 0869 (from mobile). We will contact the manufacturer or representative of the product and start the relevant process.
Important Note 1: The dealer is responsible for the warranty terms and compliance. JumpOut can undertake - after consultation - the promotion of the defective product to the dealer on behalf of the customer. The final decision on product replacement/repair rests with the respective dealer.
Important Note 2: A necessary condition for the use of the warranty right is the presentation of the legal document of purchase.
Shipping costs will not be borne by the customer – in case of a defective product –.
* Verification is done by the agent, not the customer
The security of your transactions is guaranteed by Eurobank. Credit card charges over the internet are completely secure – see Terms of Use – Security –. If, despite all this, you still do not trust online repayments, there is the possibility of repayment by delivery - cash on delivery -.
When the product you have ordered is in our warehouses, it is shipped the same day or the next day (depending on the time your order was placed). Otherwise, the shipping time varies from one to three days. The vast majority (rate >83%) of orders are fulfilled within 48 hours.
Note: On our website, the estimated availability of the products is indicated. This is the time required to collect the products in our warehouses in order to ship the orders. To more accurately calculate the delivery time to your location, the following delivery times must be added:
