What is the total shipping cost?

Shipping Cost

• Free Delivery inside the EU for orders concerning products that weigh totally up to 3 kg* and are worth higher than 250,00€
• Orders that are worth less than 250,00€ and weigh up to 3 kg, are charged with shipping costs of 15,50€
• In case an order weighs more than 3 kg, the extra charge is 3,50€ per kg

Shipping cost is calculated automatically in the checkout process.

* In case of products that weigh less than 3 kg but their volume surpasses the volumetric equivalent of the 3 kg (meaning the package is over-sized), same charges apply. That is due to the fact that shipping costs are calculated counting weight and volume at the same time.

 

Which is the estimated time of delivery?

• All shipments to EU countries are delivered by DHL Express
• Estimated time of delivery is 1-2 business days from the date of dispatch

 

Can the VAT be refunded in case of in case of invoice issue?

In case an invoice is issued for a company within the European Economic Union, VAT refund can be carried out.

Caution: The invoice must be issued for a valid VAT number (e.g. GB-xxxxxxxxx, DE-xxxxxxxxx) as well as company information.
